On the next few pages we will try to give you all the information you may need to decide which class is right for you. If you have further questions or to schedule an appointment, you may contact the office. Our office is open most weekdays 9am to 4pm.
We teach many levels of CPR and First aid. We also teach other courses including EMT (Emergency Medical Technician) Basic and Preventive Health and Safety for Licensed Childcare.

Our current EMT course started January, 2013 and will run through May 2013. The next course should begin in August 2013.To sign-up for information on the next program, please call the office. Our program is 118 hours of classroom and skills plus a 10 hour ride-along with the ambulance. Our current schedule is M&W nights and 5 Saturday mornings. Students will require a current BLS card to enroll. This course, once passed, will allow the student to apply to take the National Registry Test. Class size is limited, so early registration is recomended.

Our Preventive Health and Safety for Licensed Childcare is a 7 hour course. Once completed, students may not need to renew it. This is part of the 15 hour training required to have a childcare license in California. This class is scheduled once a month on a Friday here in Fresno and every other month in Merced. Please see "Calendar" for dates.

We have many "stand alone" classes.
Healthcare CPR skills check - For the online program to receive card.
Bloodborne Pathogens - 2 hour course required by OSHA for some jobs or professions.
First Aid - For those who have a current CPR card but need both for their current or future job.
Watersafety - For Licensed Childcare, Adoptive or Foster care required by most programs.
EMT skills checks - For the EMT to renew their certification.
EMT CE units with Instructor - Ask for the Schedule of Topics - Monday or Wednesday nights.
